    Mon: Belly dancing class + Wii Fit = 441cals
    Tues: JM Shred + TurboFire 55 EZ + Wii Fit = 1238cals
    Wed: JM Shred + TurboFire 30 + Dancing = 685cals
    Thur: Walked to and from work + Walked to and from lunch + Turbo Core = 637cals
    Fri: Walked to work + Belly dancing class = 458
    Sat: Treadmill, elliptical, TurboFire 45, dancing = 1003

    Plumeria: I eat ALL my exercise cals and in my first 11 days on here I lost 4.5 pounds. I've just returned to running after an injury so I'm only 3 weeks into that. If you're not seeing fast enough weight loss, try "fasted cardio". It is the only way I burn fat. If I don't run first thing in the morning, I just maintain.

    Hi I've tracked all week and just noticed this post, so id like to put in my stats and be on target for next week!

    Monday :shred and own circuit 46mins- 271
    Tuesday:JM banish fat 32mins- 184
    Wednesday: 46mins treadmill interval run -523
    Thursday: 68mins JM banish fat plus short run- 501
    Friday: 46min run- 503
    Saturday: shred and cycle 97 mins -631
    Sunday: run for 73mins -700.

    Total: 3313
    To go:187.

    All cals from HRM,
    See you next week, I want to make the 3500!

    Well....I was a little short (396 calories to be exact) but that could have been remedied by only taking 1 day off instead of 2....or having a more intense workout on Monday....
