I am snowed in today so no calories burned for me.
None at all? there is lots you can do to burn calories!! even doing something as simple as a vigorous cleaning...to something like jumping jacks! You don't have to go somewhere to burn cals.
I never count cleaning as exercised burned and I hate working out in my house. I have to have people around me. I am iced in today too.0 -
