  • I understand your frustration on whether to weigh yourself everyday. I have heard two different ways, once a month and once a week. Not sure which to do myself. If you hear other suggestions, please pass on the tips.
  • I am 42 approaching 43. I too have the weight issues from being over forty! I just started this week, so be patient with me. I have learned that I do well with what I eat for breakfast, however with lunch and dinner, I am out the window. Anyone have ideas to overcome this.
