I’m 5’7 and started out at 255lbs and am now 155lbs and still loosing. I’ve changed my life not just my eating habits and would love to chat and keep at it since I’m still loosing :)

I've always met the 5 week goal if i was doing what I was supposed to be doing.

My husband and I have 5 month old little boy...he is wonderful. I lost 38 pounds and got pregnant with him in 2 months. Just relax that helps the most. :)

Alright ladies this is how it works, when you set your goal and how much you want to loose each week when you start the sight it calculated that in calories. So if you ate the amount of calories and never exercised technically you would still loose your "one" pound a week. So if you exercise and it gives you extra calories…

Those tests are known to do that so please take a couple of other brands of test...the blue dye ones are said to be less reliable
