I had this happen to me as well. Had a Jason's Deli lunch box with chips, sandwich and a cookie. I had a stressful morning so I was really looking forward to the cookie. Go to get the box, open it, and the cookie was gone. I was bummed at first, then realized that who ever ate it saved me ~300 calories.

I love love love trail mix (specifically the black & white blend from Target), edamame, greek yogurt (chobani flips are heavenly), and I'm going to try out some cheese sticks that I bought last week.

Depends on the person and their activity level. I eat around 1700-1800 (or more!) each day and still lose. What might be too much for you, might be too little or just right for someone else.

Quick weight loss (especially using VLCDs or other crazy ****) = more muscle loss than fat loss. That's a no bueno for me!
