I eat breakfast everyday. I workout in the mornings as soon as I am awake, and I'm usually starving afterwards.

2lbs a week is too aggressive of a goal for the amount of weight you are trying to lose. Setting it to .5lbs-1lbs would be more realistic.

I stepped on the scale this morning at my Dr's office fully clothed and with my shoes on and I gained 5lbs since yesterday. I'm going to take a week off from eating to see if that balances things out. Might work for you as well!

Before. And I cook/shop for the week on Sunday so I usually plan out and log the week in advance (minus snacks).

4oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk 4oz of vanilla greek yogurt one ripe (and frozen) banana 1 cup of spinach 1 scoop of french vanilla protein powder 1 tablespoon of white chocolate peanut butter. Delicious and holds me over until lunch!

My rest days are on Saturdays, but I spend the first portion of the day at job numero #2 working with children that have special needs. So I'm on my feet for 8+ hours walking around, lifting, bending etc. So it's really just a break from planned/scheduled exercise.

currently working my way through Jillian Michael's ripped in 30. I'm using 10lbers for the first two circuits and 5lbers for the last. I tried out pop pilates for a week but couldn't get into it.

Stay within my weekly calorie goal , get to level 2 and 3 of Ripped in 30 (doing it every other day with a C25k program), and become stronger!
