  • A few years back I lost 65lbs. Part of it was working out 6 days a week. the other part of it was, still having my chocolate and soda. I would drink and/ or eat that stuff early in the day so that I would be busy and burning calories. I didnt eat after 5:30pm. I drank lots of water.Everybody is different. try it for a week…
