Use a stop watch and run for 1 min, walk for 2 min, when that's easy run for 1 min. walk for 1 min, later you can progress to running 2 min, walking 1 min and so on

Wow nice job! How often did you have to work out to achieve this kind of results? and What was your calorie intake?

I thought that was weird too but I think that if you are hungry, eat a little more protein and veggies to fill you up but dont eat the extra calories just because "you can"

My guess is it's not healthy. I know for one thing it has way too much sodium in it, but try researching it i'm sure some fitness guru somewhere has written an article about it.

wow great job! I've been whining today and lost my control on food but the highpoint was the my losing of control was not the ridiculous binge it would have been a couple of weeks ago!

You will definitely lose it again but the most important thing is not to lost momentum because you feel upset about this that can lead to binges and such

I definitely agree as well about the sugars especially the granola/cereal type bars. I would lower my intake including fruits such as strawberries etc and maybe just lower how much calories you are eating altogether. I'm trying to stay in between the 1200-1400 range 1500 at the max even though MFP is recommending 1580 a…

One more thing when I first started running I used a stop watch and walked for one minute, ran for one minute alternating the whole time. It worked really well and doesn't build up to running for 2 minutes, walking for one minute etc

I would just encourage you to get out and do it! Maybe start slow on a treadmill and work up to a run. I'm big, but running is an exercise I enjoy. Also try joining a gym to meet active people or have you tried that already?
