For what it's worth, I'm a vegan, and since starting a low-carb WOE, I consume around 50 - 70 total carbs/day. Some days (like today) that number is even lower.

I can only speak for myself. I have to take a concrete step that gets me back on track. For example, three days ago, I started tracking my calories and I (re)started Insanity. This step followed 8 weeks of doing NOTHING. Just take a step. You can do it! How does the saying go? Every journey begins with one step? So true .…
