As a general rule of thumb, I've heard a 10% drop in weight is when it becomes noticeable. I've also heard people say 4 weeks of proper nutrition and exercise etc for yourself to notice it, 8 weeks for friends and family, and 12 weeks for everyone else. 14" calves and 21" thighs. Ugh, my calves are literally the biggest hang up I have. They're so disproportionately large compared to the rest of my body. Bear in mind I'm only 5'2 :S Does anybody have any tips on slimming these damn things down, despite the fact spot reducing is near impossible?
