I was just about to ask this same question! Need to do intervals at home. Would you suggest doing the same exercise for the whole 15 minutes or switching. Eg: jog, mountain climber, jog, mountain climber, etc OR jog, mountain climber, jog, burpee, jog, sprint. Hope that makes sense!
