If you are planning to purchase one, buy the bigger one with removable plates (easy to clean), and temperature/minute timer controls. It's well worth the money!!:)

I have the same issue, and didn't realize it until I married a hunter, and our diet became mostly wild game (venison). I never have a problem with this lean meat, but when I occassionally eat a steak when we're out to dinner with friends, I become bloated and have digestive issues. I wasn't able to get up early this morning to do my workout, so I will do my best to get a walk/run in before my daughter's game tonight. I can't get out on my lunch hour because I have no relief! RATS:( It's just one of those challenging days:)

I have been putting slices of watermelon, oranges and lemons (I mix it up, depending on the day), and I have no problem getting over 64 oz. of water a day. It's tastey with no artificial sweeteners........give that a try:)

I'm running on my lunch for 30 minutes. Trying very hard to tweek my diet/more protein and less carbs than I have been eating. Have a wonderful day!!

I'm pretty lucky like that, too. He does all the grilling and anything to do with cooking fish (he has the most amazing Salmon meals)!! Kinda nice, isn't it?

I was able to get on the elliptical before work. Still staining the boathouse after work today. I know, I lead an exciting life, lol!!! I'm struggling with my food diary.....I've got to get more disciplined. That's my commitment today!

Today I will run for 30 minutes on my lunch (3.5 miles approximately). After work, I'm staining our boathouse, which is a HUGE pain in the a#*!, but that will burn quite a few calories by the time I'm done, so I'm feeling pretty good about that!! Woot.....and, it must be considered an arm workout too:)) Enjoy your day…

-2 lbs. this week= 3 pounds total! Considering my week, pretty damn good:) 173 from 176! My daughters surgery went well today, she is sleeping and recovering as I type:))

My husband and I shoveled No. 2 crushed stone for 2 hours last night! What a workout!!!! I'm hoping that helps me out for Sunday:) Today, another beautiful run:)

I've got them all: Billy Blanks Jillian P90X I try to mix them up because I like all my videos and doing one all the time can get boring. We are starting another round of P90X and now that spring is here, I'm back to running (helps me get the cobwebs out, lol) which I love to do so much!

I was hoping to lose more than a pound, but I guess we'll see:/ I'm still on honeymoon mode (since we just got back from Mexico on our honeymoon)! Happy Friday everyone!! I LOVE weekends:) Today, 30DS done.......and my goal is to try very hard to stay within my calorie goal. Friday is usually a night we eat out for dinner. It's so hard not to have a margarita:((
