Our fun runs start up in 2 weeks, they do track runs for ages as young as 3 yrs. old. They have an adult 5K also......every Wednesday evening all summer long. I can't wait to start running them:)

Take your dogs on the hike this afternoon, so they sleep all night, LOL!!!! I do that with Diesel, otherwise he's nudging the bed at 3:30 am to go hang out in the cool night air! Great attitude by the way:)

I've completed 30DS, level 1 this morning.... I'm having a desire to shove food, non of which is healthy, into my mouth from the moment I woke up. Super hungry today.....so my goal is to keep on track with my diet and not let myself lose control with food:) It's going to be a challenging day for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I try to stick to once a week, BUT the "crazy, neurotic" creeps in sometimes.......and I find myself stepping on it daily, LOL. I'm committed on 20/75 to only weigh once a week on Sundays!!!

Hang in there!!! You can still work out with good results. Be careful that you haven't developed a stress fracture. If you see no improvement with rest, etc.......you might want to get evaluated. Good luck and speedy recovery.

Our ancestors had it right............a meat, potato, and, and vegetable, mostly grown in their own gardens....canning their own foods, also. I do think the article is a little harsh, but there is validity to it. Let's face it....these days everthing we ingest seems to increase our risk for cancer:(

I woke up at 5 am and completed 30DS, level 1 Walking 2.0 miles (30 minutes) on my lunch hour My evening goal is to get another workout in.....:smile:

I did my challenge yesterday! Yep--2 large beers and some loaded nachos for our date night. I knew that challenge would be easy:) LOL Up early this morning, 20 minutes running on my treadmill at 8 minute miles, then 30DS before work. I don't feel soooo bad about the nachos now, OK maybe a little!!
