When I was working with my personal trainer, he always said that a good rule of thumb for water intake was to measure half your body weight in ounces. Have you tried using a dressing made with greek yogurt? They are much better in the fat department and they even taste great! Just some food for thought!

There is a vast majority of diets that fail because the consumers deprive themselves of the stuff they crave. They have been eating in such a way for a long time and cutting all of that junk food cold turkey will inevitably lead to a slip up. Another thing to try would be using spaghetti squash! I made spaghetti squash carbonara last night and it was delicious :)
