I have done...by dvd...Walk a Mile with Leslie Sansone...and lost 30 pounds and stop for 2 weeks and starting to walk again..you can walk one mile ... two milies....three miles,...four miles or 4 miles..and the more you walk the more you lose. I use 3 pound weight sometimes cause you can add it... hope it helps.

Hola Jessica, This is the place to start.....For me I put myself on a 1300 calorie diet. MFP gave me too much calories..then after losing 10 pounds , I started using Leslie Sansone via DVD..walk a mile at home and its working for me. I am glad you shared your story. I have RA and other problems and everyday i hurt when I exercise but I sure feel better after I am done...I know my limits also.Good Luck .

Hi susan...so do I...I have health issues and I did a "Walk a mile on demand in the living room and the next day dropped two pounds...It is slow but I am finally excited to see some result.
