I can't cause I fractured my ankle 10 years ago so when ever I run or jog on it... it swells and it sucks!!!! So I use my kinect to do my exercise! :D

Wow never knew that! well I will drink at least 3 L then! I read up on it and its kinda scary. At least I don't chug a L in every hour I would say my L last 3-4 hours so I guess that's a good thing!

Its actually did cause my man likes to go home and play on the pool table for an hour so really I should go do my exercise for an hour!

I know someone that did it and I hear it works great but it is best to do it when your going to be near a bathroom cause you will be going to the bathroom lots that the only thing thats stopping me from doing the cleanse.

Haha I'm sorry but I actually dont use a remote I actually get up there and play. I also do the dance revolution. By the time I'm done I'm so sweaty. "eww"

Everyday I have banana or something small for breakfast, For Lunch I have salad with a bit of dressing and I have a lil snack in between which is nuts. For dinner I pretty much eat anything but a very small amount! :D Oh and I drink lots of water!
