  • Today i hiked to the top of a mountain and then ran down. before i started i did 75 jumping jacks half way up i did 75! on the top i did 75 half way down 75 more! and then i got to the bottom and did 75 more! i find that taking spaces for a breath helps me alot! and also everyday i do 15 more jumping jacks then the day…
