I would count the tomatoes and the oil I used (probably a teaspoon max), job done!

And Eccles cakes are welsh so not really appropriate for a Scottish themed event but, hey, it sounds like lots of fun. I love veggie haggis. It's still high ish in fat but a small amount is really filling, so tasty.

It's got a lovely dense flesh. My favourite way to cook it is to roast it with shallots and rosemary but, really, you can't go wrong with it. It would be lovely baked.

I adore them and have one most days. I buy the baby avocados when I can get them. One is the perfect size for breakfast smooshed onto some good quality wholegrain bread with a squeeze of lemon juice and some black pepper. It keeps me going so much longer than anything else.

Red onion squash is my absolute favourite. I've only ever found the more unusual squashes at farmers markets and farm shops.

I don't think of foods as "bad" or "good", but I'm ok with the fact I hate mayonnaise and creamy dressings!
