I am really enjoying this journey.Tonight I had pizza from a local place that partnered with our hospital and develope a great pie on wheat dough that was 375 calories. I have doing this for 8 weeks and am very pleased with my results

I have a banana, 2TBS of almond butter on arnolds thin sandwich bread toasted and it holds me until lunch. Can take in the car if running late

I started a Healthy Living for Life Class on Aug 4th. On the 3rd I crazed through my kitchen eating different high calorie air and washed them down with a couple of brewzkies. That seems so long ago and I really don't miss my beer as I considered it liquid calories I can do without.
