New kid on the block, hope to catch up with all of you

add me. I lost 38 lbs and then a trip to Tuscany and the holidays resulted in putting 12 lbs back on. Now I am back and working on my goal of loosing a total of 70 lbs

Egg beaters cooked in Pam adding green peppers onion and tomato. Some times I add some turkey ham. 2 pieces of extra thin Pepperidge Farm wheat bread. Seem to keep me full until lunch

Been there and done that myself over the holiday. From Thanksgiving to News Years I was on an eat-o-ton. Be glad to be your friend

Welcome, I would be glad to be your MFP friend. I lost 35 pounds my 1st year but went off track in Oct. Am now back on the diet train and hope to loose what I gained during the holidays and than an additional 30-35 for good measure.

I went off track this summer but am back now. Start back to the hospital next week for a refresher course on eating healthy:smile:

I use almond crunchy no salt butter in order to better control my sodium. Love it on Eggo toasted waffles which makes a great to go sandwich and good airplane food

Have you tried mioenergy water enhancer? I like the black cherry you just add it to your water. When I get my mid afternoon slump I have a bottle of water with that added and I am ready to get up and go
