I use it all the time. Stopped buying ground beef a while back after I realized how long it takes your body to digest it!!! I season it well and make sure to not over cook it. I use one too- Polar FT4. I have never had that problem. I do have some advice - just work out!!! I found myself concentrating too much on my monitor when I first got it and darn near flipped out today when it wasnt registering my heart rate. JUST BURN IT!!!

I find it kinda sad when one of my workout pals will eat garbage after a workout....WENDYS< TACO BELL,.....I dont get it- why work out if you are gonna eat that. Then this person feels "some kind of way" when people say the least thing about her weight.....

I pack my lunch and my snacks! I too work at a hospital and I know exactly what you mean- cafeteria's are full of deep fried garbage! It is a lot of work, but trust me, you will reach your goals in no time. Logging food helps me- I use to do it before I lost 64+ lbs, then I stopped. I never stopped working out but noticed…
