I eat Oat Revolution Instant Oatmeal with Flax- Maple and Brown Sugar. There are other flavors too. It is made with whole grain, has a great source of Omega-3. I like to mix a small container of cinnamon applesauce with it and OH MY! So flippin good!

DRINK THE HECK OUT OF WATER Don't sabatoge yourself- (after you workout, please dont eat garbage) Set small goals for weight loss- 5 at a time works for me!:blushing:
