How good I look in my workout clothes and the fact that I BURNED some good calories with my cardio today! Compliments from people I dont know at they gym helped too!!

YEP! I see nothing wrong with it. My boyfriend has a 16 year old daughter- never has been an issue. Now my ex had 4- always an issue.....games, his weekend to keep them, parties, etc- seems like everyone has kids but me!- WHICH IS FINE

There is always a shirt over my bra- I will never go without! I also wear dri- fit tops and I really like the capri work out pants- that way if I am on the weight machines, I wont have to worry about showing the "goods". No more oversized tees for me! All fitted now baby!

While at work I eat breakfast at 7, snack at 10, lunch at 1, snack at 4. I might have another one if I am going to work out (protein bar or drink). At home I still eat the same thing but it is not timed...3 meals, 3 snacks- LOTS of water

I have heard that the machines are sometimes inaccurate-they are not maintenanced on a regular basis and the count can be off... I can attest to the fact that when I wear my heart rate monitor and calorie burn (Polar FT4), my numbers match up exactly on the newer ellipticals- older models are off by as much as 50 calories

I do zumba 5 times a week. I wear my heart rate monitor (Polar FT4) that tracks my calorie burn- I have burned at much as 900+ in an hour-this girl is nuts!!! You leave wet from head to toe!
