I'm in!!! I Lost 70 pounds in 2011-2012 for my big 4-0 (from 211 lbs down to 141 lbs). I have been up and down since then. Right now at 170 and I'm feel horrible!! Trying to hit 140 lbs by February. The 9 pounds in 9 weeks sounds like an awesome start! Let's do this!

I started running when I was 39. I did some weight training a few months prior, which I think helped a lot. I did have some trouble with my knees and hips which was alleviated by only running 3 or 4 times a week instead of every day. Good luck!

I think the Shred is easier than Ripped...if you haven't been exercising, might want to start with Shred and work your way up to Ripped. I just finished the Shred yesterday...30 days without stopping! Loved it! Good luck!

I have been doing it for 23 days now. I'm doing each level for 10 days....currently on day 3 of level 3. It is tough, but I LOVE it. I had not done any exercise prior to this and I was able to just jump right in. I have lost 9 pounds. I didn't take measurements, but I did take photos at day 1 and day 20 (too shy to post),…
