I prefer Luna bars, most have fewer calories and I prefer their flavors, especially Chocolate dipped coconut and Pretzel ones. If I know I am going out, I will be sure to workout earlier that day and try to eat healthy filling foods. I will also stick to vodka with zero calorie mixers ( diet soda, club soda) or wine. Hi Everyone, Many of the people I added at the start of the year have stopped tracking. I never thought I would be successful with any program besides Weight Watchers, but I am loving this site and I would love more friends who are actually tracking.
