We use Coke at the scene of an accident to clean the blood off of the road, It corrodes pennies, removes grease stains from clothing and fabric, removes blood stains from clothes, cleans oil stains from a garage floor, you can clean car battery terminals by pouring a small amount of Coke over each one, it will strip paint…

Yes, you are eating too little. If anything you are harming your body because what you are putting into it, it's storing as fat. I would say aim for 1400 to be honest, you will still lose weight but much healthier.

To a certain extent it's not bad. If I know I'm going out for dinner or I'd like to have popcorn at the movies I ensure that I burn a few extra, but the rest of the time I stick with my calorie deficit and eating healthy. I agree with your friends. You are not a dog, don't reward yourself with food.

Absolutely it is! It's up to you to make the changes, stick to a healthy lifestyle, exercise, put down the alcohol and go for it! You can reach it!

In my opinion if it has the word "diet" in it... it isn't good. Stick to your cal deficit and watch what you eat. It's a lifestyle change, not a diet to drop a few (and gain back!)

My favorite pair of skinny jeans... my thighs no longer look like sausages smushed into them :) I noticed this on friday! my legs look trim and toned in my jeans now! Love it!

I find that the servers never know!! They never have any indication about the nutritional value and often suggest going for a salad... which we know can be more than the fricken burger!

I see this kind of stuff a lot. Not to pick on you (you were the first to say something along these lines) Maybe people should stop worrying about having a valentine or being single on Valentines day. There are a lot of people who don't have a mother on Mother's day or a father on Father's day.
