Do this!! it's great for your skin as well! :)

This is true and false at the same time. If you eat regularly and healthy the rest of the day yes you can "bank a few" calories, if you refrain from eating and put your body in starvation mode because you're anticipating these calories, you are only doing more harm. You'd honestly be better off to eat normal, go over your…

This definitely has factors pertaining to it. 12 can be a great size to achieve or a great starting place. This can be determined by height, body fat, bone structure, etc. It's about how you feel and how you feel you look. You can be confident at a size 12 or a size 2. Disregard others when they are starting at different…

This is great! I know its hard when you don't see a change on the scale, however a lot of us really should just look at the inches and how we look and feel! It's not all about the number!

6 days is fine as long as you don't feel like you're overworking your body. I would suggest 4 days of hard working out and 2 days of light cardio. I go 6 days a week but every day is different! Just make sure you make it count!

Great job on losing all of that weight! Your progress is awesome! You just need to keep up with working out, and strength training will help you immensely!! Get those abs going and that skin will tighten. Focus on your abs but also your back, when the skin and muscles are tight all around that skin will become tight as…

I was the same way, I used to drink probably 3 cans a day! I don't buy it anymore, so I don't really think about it when I'm at home. It's a nice treat once in awhile if im out of the house, and thats the way I see it now! A treat!

Amazing! You have done so well! Great work, keep it up!

Change it up! Your body gets used to things after a 3 week period. Switch your workouts to more strength training with light cardio afterwards! If you don't have a gym, make your own circuit. (lunges, pushups, sit ups, leg raises, calf raises, etc)

Agreed! Pizza can be extremely healthy as well, substitute regular crust for one made of cauliflower! I live a very busy life (work full time, own a company on the side, and work out 5+ times a week) and I manage to make all my meals, it helps SO much!

You go girl! This is great! You deserve to have a healthy life :) Treat your body like a temple, but of course indulge once in awhile! I've actually been told not to eat 100% clean all the time, your body gets used to it and if by chance you do put "junk" in your system it will store it all as fat (its not sure the next…

I joined a few months ago but I am recently just starting to use this site! I love it, definitely looking for friends to help and motivate! Feel free to add me :)

It may seem like its exhausting, but realistically if you can do 15 minutes of cardio after your circuit you will burn more calories (your heart rate is already up from circuit) Try stretching between the two if you are feeling weak! By doing circuit training one day and cardio the next, your body is already in rest mode…

If you feel like this warm your body up, it will benefit you to do 5 minutes of cardio to get your heart rate up in the beginning. You just dont want to over exert yourself by doing all your cardio at the beginning. I do it like this warm up Strength training stretching cardio stretching

Im at the 1210 goal! Open diary, looking for friends as well! Feel free to add me :)

Strength training should be done prior to cardio! The reason behind this is because you need to use all your energy to focus on lifting and weight training, if you do cardio first you use some of this energy and you'll get tired faster/not perform as well. When you do cardio last, your heart rate is spiked and you will in…
