you can't target your belly overall. The weight will eventually come off, do lots of ab work to strengthen those muscles and cardio to burn the fat. It will come off just be patient and remember we can't target a specific area like that :)

Open your diary so we can see what you're eating :) Eat nuts, raw veggies, fruits and things that are low cal, you can eat soo much in a day if you choose the right things!

I am 5'4, UGW for me is 125. I really don't think you will look "too skinny" just make sure to keep up strength training :)

I actually disagree, very strongly. A HRM works differently for each person. Some will be more accurate than others. It's definitely a good judge of how hard you're working and to be honest I wear mine the whole time I'm working out. During strength training although I am sweating it really doesn't show many calories…

I used to as well! You NEED to change at the gym, all your clothes. That was my biggest thing, I would change my top and then when I got home I'd change the rest, but I was sitting in my sweat lol. Shower and sweats and some nice green tea or something works very well for me! Being cold can also be related to a circulation…
