They have the hidden menu because they want to see how many people pay attention to social media. This is what I was told, They want to know if people actually pay attention. I have ordered off the menu and it is WONDERFUL!!!!! I really wish that it was not hidden though! The steak/egg bowl is yummy! Happy eating!

You are not alone! I am the same way! I agree with everyone with logging everything!!! It helps in the long run! I know when I was in WW they always stressed to log EVERYTHING! Even if it was a lick or nibble! It really makes you see where your hang ups are. I wish you the best of luck!

I completed day 7 week 1 this morning. I really like it so far. I also am doing a program on my treadmill at least 5X per week. Good job and keep up the good work! :smile:

I just started today. Great workout! I just did the 30ds and that was awesome as well. I did not get amazing results beacause I ate stuff I should not have, Lol I want to do it right this time! Good luck!

Ok, I was only able to do a 5K. It took me longer than usual.....35 minutes. I have not been running lately so this is just the kick in the pants I needed to get back on track. :smile: This was such a great idea to do this! Good job to all of you who did do it!!!!:drinker:

I put cucumber, mint and lemmon in a pitcher. Let it sit overnight. And bam, you have some mighty fine tasting water. There are all kinds of different ways to make water yummy!

It is a great workout! I have not finished the program ever. Make sure you watch your form and try not to go to fast or sloppy. If you can't do what they do, dont!!!!
