  • i don't know if this will help or not but i also work 12hr shifts - days and nights. The only way i get through it is to make all my meals and snacks on my day off - i put them in tupper ware containers and then pack my lunch the night before (or morning) i go to work. I am lucky in that way because i do not mind eating…

  • you look amazing in that suit !!!!!!!!! .. i do not think you look overweight at all!!! I can only hope i look that good when i get to my goal weight. If you want to cover your scars a little skirt wrap will do but otherwise dont cover up - you look great!

  • try some salsa and tortilla chips or fig newtons or you can try the flavored individual cans of tuna with some crackers (wheat thins have a sweet potato flavor that is amazing) also a tomato sandwich will not need to be refrigerated. and individual cups of unsweetened applesauce work for me.
