based on using the recipe for 12 cookies per cookie cal - 96 carbs - 21 fat - 1 protein - 2 sodium - 6 sugar - 8 the sugar comes from the bananas and raisins (i used unsweetened applesauce)

twice a day for dessert after lunch and dinner i have Jello no sugar added chocolate pudding 60 cals each and no sugar. I love them The are usually in the cooler section in the grocery store where you get the yogurt and cheese etc. They are my guilt free chocolate and dessert fix.

i think your speech sounds great ! you have done amazingly well on your own. You should be proud. My only critique for your speech ... maybe think about adding in some funny or silly stories/examples of things that happened along your journey. if not it still sounds great - very inspiring :)

potassium !! you are drinking enough water but sweating that much depletes your electrolites ... try something like gatorade - but one with low sugar.

i work 12hrs too. i don't differentiate btwn the days. If I am working nights I start counting in the morning like any other day. On my first night shift my calories can be a little high because i am usually up part of the day but i just make a note. same for coming off nights - my calories are lower because I sleep half…

i work 12 hrs - days and nights 7-7. For nights I eat backwards ... big meal first, lunch in middle and breakfast near the end of the shift. I walk on my lunch hours (i get 2 1hr breaks) and/or I get up an hour before I have to get ready for work and go for a walk. I am useless after working nights and go right to bed. I…

i work 12 hr shifts - nights and days rotating ... it can be done. It is not easy and requires some major changes and organization but if you want to you can do it. If you mess up start again and keep going. Be honest with your logging. It does get easier :) Attitude is all !!!
