i use the endomondo app on my phone ,(android phone not iphone) it also uses gps and calculates your speed, time and cal burned based on your height weight gender and age. It also syncs with MFP which is nice But it does not work out hills ....

Go see a podiatrist. You may need orthotics, if not there are exercises you can do. There is also a splint type cuff you can wear at night that will stretch out the tendon. All 3 have helped me tremendously. Good luck

do you find it better than the regular one? I know it had problems with not being sweat proof and the clip was not very reliable...

any color that does not show sweat is good. Zipper pockets a must!. Longer tops - i have a lot of weight in my stomach that hangs low so regular tops dont cut it. I prefer capri pants style.and yes PLEASE make larger size sports bras with support ... it is like trying to find plus size sexy lingerie ........ pretty much…

i too work with a registered dietician ... work with her/him ... mine was willing to adjust her daily food plan for me at the start if i was feeling hungry and change it as we went ... i just need to make sure i keep my hands busy esp at night when i would normally munch away .... she also gave me a list of balanced snacks…
