I never take mine off. When I started losing weight, I moved it to the next finger so it won't slip off. It stays there until I get to my goal then I will have it re-sized. But I guess I might be a bit old fashioned about it... :)

I saute Kale and baby Spinach with some mushrooms in a little Olive Oil and Sesame Oil. Chop some garlic cloves into the pan while the oil is heating and some pepper while it's cooking... Really Great!
