The treadmill is what causes my shin splints. If I run outside my legs are fine. I got a pair of Goruns bu Skecher and they work great. No more issues.

We have a local farmers market that accepts food stamps. High quality produce for about half the price that is is at the store.

Keep an ice bag handy. I too would have sore knees and calves. I iced any sore part and within days I would be back to normal. Just go at your own pace and you'll do fine.

It will challenge you. It's called Insanity for that reason. I found that it wasn't harder than month 1, just longer. I had to push myself to push play and I did make it through. Now other cardio seems easy. Just do what you can and it gets easier.

They count a picture of you with the workout box/folder as proof of purchase. I got my shirt on Saturday. Wore it proudly on Sunday!

It really depends on where your fitness level is. I started with BR and was glad that I did. It is very doable at the beginning and progressively got harder. I followed BR up with Insanity and made it through. I was much stronger after BR and that helped me get through Insanity. I am currently on Les Mills Pump and plan on…

I did Insanity in my bare feet. I also keep a golf ball under my desk to rub my feet on which helps with the soreness:)

Just keep at it. It will get easier and you do feel great after ever workout. My husband and I started it last year and didn't finish. I started back in June and was determined that Shaun T was not going to beat me. I finished on 08/24 and was thrilled with myself for making it. I don't know that I will ever attempt it…

I am on the last week of Insanity. It can be done. You may take more breaks, but anyone can get through it at their own pace. I know when I do my final workout on Thursday and can say that I finished, I will really have accomplished something. You have to be stronger than your excuses!!!!
