Oh I'm sorry, I meant like the actual chilli. Hot peppers. Not the meat dish. Apparently they increase your metabolism or something. I eat them heaps in most dinners I make and some lunches.

You're on the same cals as me and I'm guessing around the same weight. I don't think you make 100% 'crap' choices but I think you know which ones need adjusting. There are some great things in there!! Just change one thing at a time! Cutting your sodium will help alot.
