Darkest Dungeon looks very innovative and I really dig the art direction. The only indie game I've played is Torchlight II which is amazing and way better than Diablo III, especially with all the mods that have been created.

"img" has to be in lowercase...great work :)

Bound by Flame looks incredible! Doing Dragon's Dogma and Persona right now. Wish I had time for ESO, hoping Bethesda is still dedicating time to making Fallout 4 happen :(
-
Yeah maybe it should be corrected to PS2 to PS3 was :-) I'll admit the transition from SD to HD was pretty incredible but still you could feel the technology gap closing with each newer generation. It's like we're reaching the limits of how good games could really look. Im no tech wiz just an observation. Like for example…

He's fulfilling the prophecy of his OP. Quite sad actually.

When FFVII first came out I thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread. I guess because like for most Americans, it introduced me to JRPGs. I replayed it last year and for the most part I agree it wasn't really that special aside from the nostalgia factor and the materia system. Oh and the music. Chrono Trigger…

Yeah I had the same video card from 2006 to 2013 and was able to play *most* of the games I wanted to play so it's definitely a good investment. I really haven't been excited about FF until I saw FFXV or FFXIII Versus Agito or wtf it was called when it first came out. I hope they don't keep whoring out the same universe…

Probably not. Though each new gen is becoming less and less enticing. They lack that WOW factor that earlier generation jumps had. SNES to PSX was O_o! PS2 to PS3 was :-| PS3 to PS4 is like :-/ Newer gens are becoming bloatware. Might as well stick to the PC.

This is ****ing hilarious xD

Funny how you call him fat when you don't even have a profile pic. ETA: Nvm not worth a strike.
-
I have a bit of a fat skirt too :/ Completely agree with cherimoose's advices. It doesnt matter how fast or slow you lose it or what exercises you do. Your genetics will ultimately determine the outcome. Good luck.

I've read that eating a lot of protein and staying within your calories is sufficient; there is no need to bulk/cut, which is what the lady friend told you. http://scoobysworkshop.com/bulking-and-cutting/
-
Are you sure its not the other way around O_o

Well then maybe he/she shouldn't have named the topic "How do I crush MY plateau" :ohwell:

Mine is similar to Jesse's. Start off at 6.2 running a minute and rest for a minute. Continue but change speed every ten minutes up to 6.4, 6.6 then finally 6.7 at so 40 minutes in total. Also do Turbo Fire or Body Combat every morning. Mile run time: 13:10 secs 1.5 mil: 19:50 <--needs to be at least 14:00

The OP says she hasn't been tracking and she's been at this for a month and a half. You can't make a "definitive conclusion" based on five random days where she has admitted she has been haphazardly tracking. OP, don't buy into the "starvation mode" fear mongering. What the above poster failed to tell you is that your body…

You're doing great Jesse, keep it up man
-
they set calories burned to one so it doesn't change their macros.
-
How long have you been at this? When beginning an exercise regimen, your body may start to temporarily retain water to repair muscles. Also as the other person mentioned, you should track and weigh your food, esp at since you don't have much to lose.
-
Nice job on the loss, but as others have stated, eating more doesn't cause you to lose weight. It may help you indirectly by providing extra energy or helping alleviate water retention but in the end it's a matter of calories in calories out.
-
Ok this is about the dumbest thing I've read on MFP in a long while. SMH.
-
O_o !
-
^probably all the advice you need there, OP. Spreading broscience is not helping :/
-
Awesome work. tried to fix it for you but the pic was too big.
-
No one EVER gains weight from eating too little. Please ignore all the talk about metabolic slowdown. it's most likely water retention from muscle repair or underestimating calories.
-
not necessarily.

The last time I checked the TF hotties group hasn't been active in months... Anyhow, Turbo Fire is NO JOKE. I have no idea what JM revolution is like, but TF is pretty damn intense. Yes, the combos are pretty hard to learn, but if you keep doing it enough times, it will eventually click. I'm a slow pony but I got it down…
-
Yes but they're saying that exercises INCREASES your caloric deficit therefore aiding weight loss...
