just be careful not to put your body into "starvation mode" then you'll just plateau in your weight loss. You might not feel like you are hungry of starving but you body will be. I'm just speaking from experience, but yeah to keep at 1200 cal/day, fiber, fruits & veggies, as well as fish. Good luck

to all my shredders out there, keep in mind that i am only asking that you do it at least once a day, anything more than that is just extra gravy (good thing words can't make you fat, but can't you just taste it lol). if you can do more than great, just don over do it and hurt yourselves, just some friendly advice here.

To enter the 30 Day Shread into the Exersice diary, i would suggest putting it under calisthenics under vigorous effort.

thank you for joing up, try to do level 1 for 9 more days and then go to level 2 for 10 days and then 3 for ten days (of course if you can, don't want you to hurt yourself.) look forward to seeing good results, if there is any questions that you might have please let me know. Good Luck

the 30 day shred does work. i have used it and the first few days of doing it will be brutal, but work through it, it is definitely worth it. i still do it now but i just do level 3. if you are just starting, start with level 1, make sure you drink water before you start because once you start you will not stop working out…
