Everyone can add me. I lift weights with my hubby every morning, I call him the workout nazi. I'm not really losing weight but I have lost inches which is more important to me. My legs and arms are starting to show some muscle too

I'm buying my bike today. The module is on sale at Sears.com for $44.94 and it includes one year. I'm glad I waited because the bike is on sale too. I'll let you when and if I get mine working maybe we can do challenges

I am on stage 1 exercise 3 and I am sooo sore from doing dead lifts. Tomorrow should be interesting but I'm ready to rock this out

The girl I work with gave me hers (she only wore for 2 days) a couple of ,months ago but I just decided Sunday to start wearing it. I am with you guys. I don't think I would stick with this if I didn't eat real food. My husband is a health/workout nazi so we always eat wheat noodles, wheat bread, and turkey burger but I do love pizza and to eat out. So I think if I just eat within reason and workout I should still be able to lose the 40 I want to lose.…
