@eyeza3els i didn't really exercise, i work 5 days a week as a waitress so i ran around a lot doing that. I just ate right and the pounds came off. Good luck!

I did 1200 calories daily, but mostly I think the most important part was cutting out soda, fast food, fried foods, coffee, and candy. I didn't…
