  • They are expensive, but Road Runner sports is good. They do all kinds of stuff including custom molding inserts and evaluating your running to see if and where you need extra support. I believe there is one near Green Lake and there is definitely one in Bellevue.

  • I can't really help you, but I can sympathize! I "lost" 11 miles over two runs last week due to glitches. One of the times my watch had powered down completely and when I reset it I updated the time but not the date. It had that run as occurring in January of 2010. I think the other was poor gps.
