I'm a little confused about this too. For example, this morning I burned over 700 calories, which puts me "calorie goal" at about 2000...I have a hard time getting to the number, so I've been eating about half of the calories back. i'd like to know what is best though!

Are you drinking enough water? Try drinking at least 16 oz a few hours before your workout

I read an article about this a while back. Make sure you're doing a significant amount of Leg weights - do squats or lunges (and all that other aweful stuff that I hate doing...ugh!). Still do the ab workouts, but a combination of those things plus cardio should help :)

I do the kettlebell work out every once and a while, however I still prefer the gym or running outside (mainly so I can get out of the house). Its a GREAT workout and I have fun doing it.
