  • I had set a goal of 500 miles for the year, but I got lazy and with 3 months to go I still have 300 miles to go. So for me it will be 100 miles to keep me on track.

  • My longest is a half marathon (13.1 miles). Over the past year, I have gotten busy with other things and my running has slipped. I was running 7:30ish miles at my best now I am running 8:50ish. Hoping to get my 5K time under 23:00 in the next few weeks.
