I know that I am a couple of days behind everyone else but I did day 2 today. Can I just say, my quad are screaming, but I am feeling good everywhere else. Love the workouts. I am going to alternate between shred 1 and 2 for variety as someone else has posted.

Today was my first day and it was tougher than I thought. That being said, It seems like I will be able to stick it out. I think I will also try after a few days to go to level 2 and mix it up a bit.

I use 1/2 c greek yogurt, 1/2 banana, 1 c other mixed fruit, usually blueberries and cantaloup, 1 c of baby spinach, 1/4 c V8 fusion light and ice. I think it would be good to try with the protein powder.
