Good morning. I am starting day one of my new life. I have 100 lbs. to loose but this time i intend to take it one lb at a time. My goals for this month are: 1. Drink water and stop drinking so many diet sodas. 2. Cook at home and stop eating out. 3. Start walking. Could really use some friends to help me on my way.
