Hi I have to get about 120g a day and eggs are packed fat free cottage cheese, protein bars, turkey, chicken, Greek yogurt at 14 g which surprised me, fish, I personally like tuna that's about my daily protein. If you like nuts those have a lot but I'm not a fan haha
