I USED to break out in awful hives every time I would get hot. After a good workout was the worse. It turns out I am actually allergic to pet dander (I had cats at the time) but my body wouldn't react to the dander in my system unless I became over heated. Personally it all has to do with when I eat before the work out. If you are working out at home you can always press pause and walk around the room when your heart rate is getting to high. Just don't sit down and collapose that makes it worse. Or if it's a heat thing you can crack a window to help keep the air circulating.
