This. You can also find it on YouTube. While you're on YouTube check out Be Fit, they have a lot of workout videos, including Jillian Michaels.

Yeah, what he said

Why can't doing well with your weight loss be reward itself?
-
Another reason that makes working out at home preferable to the gym.

I wish I could do that with my dog, she's getting too old for our hour long walks, so 30 minutes is about all she'll put up with, but I can't see putting her in a stroller. Please, please, please, post a pic when you get it.

I have a Polar RS100, about $60 on Amazon. The chest strap fit fine when I first got it, but because of weight loss and use, it is now too big, but for now I just stuff the sensor part under my bra. If you're a dude, then this is not an option.

You only have one more week, before you move on to the second month. You think the moves are hard in the first month, wait until the second . Oh wait, you wanted motivation to finish. This was actually when I started to get bored, I had already done T25 through Gamma, so the first month of Insanity seemed rather easy to…

Gonna have to go with crocs, only because I have an old pair that I wear when I'm doing yard work or "poop patrol", when I'm done I can just hose them off. I can't see hosing off a pair of uggs.

I do. I prepare 1 or 2 meals over the weekend, portion them in individual containers and freeze them, so that all I have to do is pop them in the microwave for dinner. It helps to have some tried and true recipes that are easy and use few ingredients. I make a batch of egg muffins to take to work for breakfast and when the…

Don't know who this chick is, but this is my goal figure.

I love love love working out at home. I plan my workouts, so I know what I'm doing each day, as you can see from my profile pic, I am not lacking in equipment (or a workout partner). I'll admit when I first started this 3 years ago, I was distracted easily and thought I would eventually join a gym, but now the thought of…

Damn, I was hoping you were telling us where to get a 10lb M&M. So disappointed.

Get a heart rate monitor. Otherwise you'll only be guessing.

Sure I ate less and moved more, but what made my weight loss successful (almost 2 years since i hit the century mark) was patience. Yes, setbacks are frustrating, but I never let that deter me from my ultimate goal. So yes, eat at a calorie deficit, move more, lift heavy things, but more than anything, have patience.

I was doing pretty much the same routine, until I started reading various women's fitness mags geared toward lifting (Muscle & Fitness Hers, Oxygen and a new one I discovered today: Strong. Once you get past all of the supplement ads, they have a lot of different routines that I have incorporated into my own. I'm sure the…

Yep, this is me. I always think its kinda funny when people on my thread log things like "running errands" or "cooking". I figure these are things I do anyway.

If you prefer something more structured, check out Fitness Blender, they have a channel on You Tube, also Be Fit. That's how I started, now I do my own routine. I started with just a few dumbbells (5 & 8lbs), that I have built up to 40lbs, along with a bench, barbell and a couple of kettlebells.

I made it all the way up to 810 days, but there was no way I was tracking while on vacation.

You crazy girl. I love my broad shoulders, they're my best feature. Love wearing tops to show them off. Though suit shopping sucks, cuz it's hard to find jackets that fit right and I usually have to buy jackets a size or two too big.
-
So not what I was expecting...way better.

Weightlifting. Favorite move: Clean and press. When I press that barbell over my head, I feel like the most powerful woman...ever. I found a move that combines my favorite with my least favorite move...the dreaded burpee. Good thing I workout at home, because the sounds that come out of me when I make it through my reps…

This calls for planning. On days that I know I'll be out and about most of the day, I try to eat a substantial breakfast and make sure I have a protein bar and plenty of water with me. I prefer Quest bars, they are great as a meal replacement. Raw nuts are great too.

This is funny, the ads at the top of my page is for a dating site to meet women in the Philippines, Russia and now there's one for fitness singles.

Working out. The thought of having to skip a workout just because gramma's in the ICU gives me the shakes.

I work in a corporate office in the US, there are a least 3 people that I've seen much larger than the ones featured in this documentary that work in my company (its a large campus, there could be more), so the "I can't work, because I'm obese" excuse is complete BS. These people don't work, cuz they don't want to work.…
