Lucky Brand "Sophia" jeans are the only ones I've ever found that fit right off the rack w/out alterations. ALL of my pants/jeans have to be altered in the waist... makes for very expensive pants!

I eat beef. Like others have stated it's the amount and quality of any food that matters most. Definitely buy the leanest meat that you can afford. I think ribeyes are the tasiest steaks but the filet is the most lean cut and the most expensive. Watch your portions and good luck!

Try a whole cucumber with a little salt & pepper. May not help you sleep but you will be full. Crunchy, salty works for me when I'm in munch mode.
