  • I'm a newby to the comments section here on MFP but I'm up for this challenge. I'm also challenging myself to 30 days of logging food and not adding wine calories will be very motivating. I will probably have some wine on TG.
  • Thanks for starting the group! I post occasionally at MwOP as Mkunderstood. I lost 20 lbs last year, and I'm looking to continue that. I really like MFP, and I hope we can be a great support to each other!
  • I had the same dilema today with chick parm. I used a 4oz chicken breast as a base (120 calories) and estimated my toppings. I believe I used a 350cal entry. This was leftovers from a low carb (but high fat) option at a restaurant so I left most of the toppings off when I re-heated.
  • If you like scrambled eggs, try 2-3 egg whites + 1 whole egg.
  • 1/2 whole wheat english muffin with 2 slices of canadian bacon (grilled) with a fried egg on top.
