  • A long walk sounds perfect! Yes I usually workout when I get home from work a little after 4... so if I did nothing I would be sitting on the couch, twiddling my thumbs, and getting hungry.   • At first I tried taking my off days off... but then I was fidgety and couldn't eat as much! So I usually did zumba or played some just dance on the wii... something lower intensity :) I also sometimes did this in addition to the 30 day slimdown workouts...
  • I read it was NMTZ with no matwork... so I did circuits 1, 3, and 4 (shoulders, biceps, and triceps)
  • Where'd everyone go? Well I finished my challenge today!! Must say that the NMTZ gets to be a LOT easier - still get a good workout with it but it's not anywhere near impossible. Hope you all are doing well with your workouts!
  • I finished day 29 today! Only one more day to go... can't wait! This program was quite exhausting... but I do feel stronger now. Looking forward to doing more cardio/zumba and shorter strength/circuit training workouts once it's over!

  • I am doing that too! I just finished day 24 this morning... might do day 25 this evening since I will be out all day tomorrow and they are cardio vs strength training. Good luck - this training is TOUGH! At least, to me it is.
  • I can't imagine trying to cut an egg into 16 pieces. It doesn't sound like each piece would be very big! So no wonder such low calories - LOL. Lots of sugar in that too

  • I did like Kashi Go Lean until I found out I can't eat it or other foods with Chicory Root as a Fiber additive :( So now I eat lots of oatmeal and occasionally Cheerios (apple cinnamon) and special K with red berries
  • I like the lyrics to Cake - Comanche but it doesn't have a good beat - so only good for workouts where you don't need the rhythm.

  • Maybe check out parboiled rice? I eat this and it's good and easy to cook.
